Oracle ERP/FIN Consultant – Manager

About the role

PwC's Advisory practice is hiring a manager-level Oracle ERP/FIN consultant for its Finance team in Cairo. The role supports clients' finance transformation journeys using Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM, helping them rethink their finance functions with cloud technology such as RPA, machine learning and analytics alongside their ERP platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on Oracle ERP or Oracle FIN technology, applying industry-leading methodologies to transform client businesses
• Travel to client sites anywhere in the UK and potentially internationally
• Carry out additional responsibilities such as business case development, requirements gathering, workshops, business process design, functional and technical design, vendor selection, systems build, testing, deployment, stakeholder and change management, and people/line management
• Act as a workstream lead, organising, mentoring and quality-assuring deliverables
• Create solution documentation, including functional specifications, and manage stream deliverables
• Configure and build Oracle ERP/FIN solutions, estimate effort, and support design and process discussions with clients
• Handle data migration and cutover, resolve issues after go-live and transition to support

Required profile

• Minimum of four full-lifecycle implementation projects covering ERP Financials or Projects modules
• Experience implementing four or more Oracle modules in the relevant area
• Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, functional configuration, testing, integration, data migration, training and post-go-live support
• University degree

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, presentation and client relationship skills
