Oracle HCM Consultant, Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's business application consulting practice helps clients optimise operational efficiency by analysing their needs, implementing software solutions and providing training and support. As an Oracle consulting generalist, you will advise clients on Oracle applications. This role is for a Senior Associate specialising in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), based in Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle HCM implementations and enhancements across Core HR, Talent and Payroll modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise HR systems and ensure seamless integration and user experience.
• Analyse business requirements and turn them into effective system solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve HR processes and system performance.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM applications.

Required profile

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring and supporting Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management and Payroll.
• Strong understanding of HR business operations and workflows.
• Proven ability to analyse complex problems and deliver effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
