Oracle SCM Consultant, Manager

About the role

PwC's Technology team, within its Oracle consulting practice, helps clients define integration and conversion strategies, design system extensions and build, test and deploy interfaces, reports and conversions using the Oracle technology suite. As an Oracle ERP/SCM Consultant, you will deliver projects focused on Oracle ERP or Oracle SCM, apply industry-leading methodologies to transform client businesses and travel to client sites anywhere in the UK and potentially internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a workstream, organising, mentoring and providing quality assurance on deliverables
• Create quality solution documentation, including functional specifications
• Configure and build Oracle ERP/SCM solutions and estimate effort for technical developments
• Take part in design discussions with the client, support scenario evaluation and detail technical specifications
• Manage stream deliverables and cover data migration and cutover
• Resolve issues after go-live and transition to support
• When needed, handle business case development, requirements gathering, workshops, business process design, vendor selection, stakeholder and change management, and people/line management

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 full-lifecycle implementation projects covering ERP Financials or SCM modules
• Implementation experience of 3 or more Oracle modules in the relevant area
• Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, functional configuration, testing, integration, data migration and post-go-live support
• University degree

• Expertise in Oracle ERP/SCM and integrated modules
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, presentation and client relationship skills
• Preferred: Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Data Integration
