Oracle Solutioning Architect – Senior Manager

About the role

PwC is looking for a seasoned Oracle Solutioning Architect to lead the design and delivery of Oracle‑based solutions across ERP and other Oracle domains. The role sits at senior‑manager level and drives technical responses to RFPs, collaborates with partners and directors, and ensures solution excellence from presales through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end solutioning for Oracle ERP and cross‑pillar engagements (EPM, HCM, SCM, CX, OCI).
• Architect scalable, secure, cost‑effective Oracle solutions tailored to client needs.
• Develop technical proposals, solution blueprints, and delivery models in response to RFPs.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to validate designs, delivery approaches, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Support presales activities including presentations, demos, and deep‑technical workshops.
• Provide architectural governance during early delivery phases.
• Contribute reusable assets, accelerators, and frameworks within the Oracle practice.

Required profile

• 10+ years in Oracle solution architecture, with at least 3 years in senior leadership.
• Proven expertise in Oracle ERP and at least one additional Oracle domain (EPM, HCM, SCM, OCI, CX).
• Strong background in technical presales, delivery leadership, and consulting.
• Experience leading RFP responses and crafting winning proposals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
