Order Management Assistant Analyst – French Speaker

About the role

The Order Management Assistant Analyst supports the VMI (Vendor‑Managed Inventory) process, ensuring that inventory levels at customer or distributor sites are accurately monitored and replenished. The role requires strong analytical abilities, French language proficiency, and close collaboration with supply‑chain, sales, logistics and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Track inventory levels, sales velocity and consumption trends by SKU for customers and distributors.
• Trigger and process replenishment orders based on VMI agreements, maintaining Days on Hand targets and minimizing stock‑outs or overstock.
• Coordinate logistics optimisation, including shipment consolidation and full‑truckload planning.
• Monitor daily and weekly order reports, manage order changes, cancellations and exceptions.
• Ensure data integrity across customer systems, POS, ERP and VMI tools; identify and correct discrepancies.
• Serve as primary client contact, communicate out‑of‑stock situations, host operational meetings and respond to inquiries via Cisco hotline.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, root‑cause analysis and support system roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in supply‑chain or inventory management, preferably with VMI in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets.
• Good knowledge of forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment techniques.
