Order Management Sr Associate

About the role

The Order Management Sr. Associate ensures end‑to‑end order processing, guaranteeing product availability and uninterrupted supply to customers across multiple manufacturing sites. You will work closely with supply planning, manufacturing, logistics and commercial teams to resolve supply challenges in a fast‑paced global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, monitor and manage customer orders in line with business requirements and service level expectations.
• Review and analyse inventory and stock reports to identify supply risks and ensure product availability.
• Coordinate stock conversions and material transfers between manufacturing plants to optimise inventory.
• Investigate and resolve order, inventory and supply‑chain discrepancies promptly.
• Develop and implement automation tools and reporting solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, handling escalations and aligning priorities.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimisation.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in order management or related operations.
• Strong attention to detail with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• English language proficiency preferred.
