Order to Cash Manager

About the role

The Order to Cash (O2C) Manager will oversee daily O2C activities, ensuring compliance with Al-Futtaim Group policies, strong governance, and effective risk mitigation. The role partners closely with business operations to support accurate accounting, cash flow, and collection processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain control and governance of the Order to Cash process in line with company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement and enhancement of O2C procedures.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly support to business operations through O2C accountants.
• Execute and review general ledger reconciliations and resolve exceptions promptly.
• Monitor accounts receivable and overdue balances, facilitating follow‑up and collection activities.
• Oversee customer account reconciliations and provision calculations for doubtful debts.
• Review, approve and ensure accuracy of accounting entries and month‑end, quarter‑end, year‑end close checklists.
• Identify standardisation and automation opportunities to achieve cost savings.
• Support audit requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare GL schedules for balance‑sheet substantiation and ad‑hoc management reporting.

Required profile

• Finance graduate or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to delegate and work as a team player.
