Outbound Sales Representative

About the role
Join our dynamic outbound sales team and engage with potential customers across multiple markets. You will play a key part in driving business growth by generating leads, converting prospects, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospects using provided lead lists.
- Present product features and benefits in a persuasive manner.
- Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
- Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a call‑center or sales environment.
- Excellent verbal communication in English and the local language.
- Strong active‑listening skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Understanding of local business culture and professional etiquette.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Experience using dialing systems or call‑center software.
