About the role

Our client runs a high‑volume home and auto insurance sales operation that supports licensed U.S. insurance agents. They are seeking a remote Outbound Telemarketer to generate qualified leads through high‑volume outbound calls and live transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls daily using an auto‑dialer.
• Follow approved scripts to qualify prospects for home and auto insurance.
• Deliver qualified live transfers to licensed U.S. insurance agents.
• Accurately disposition calls and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain professionalism and energy throughout long call blocks.

Required profile

• Prior experience in telemarketing or high‑volume call‑center environments.
• Comfortable working with scripted outbound calls and repetitive execution.
• Clear, fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a metrics‑driven, highly structured setting.
• Familiarity with live‑transfer sales models or insurance calling is a plus.
