Outdoor B2B Sales Specialist – Cloud ERP

About the role

NIOTEK is seeking an energetic Outdoor B2B Sales Specialist to promote its cloud‑based ERP solution for small and medium‑size factories. You will work directly in industrial zones, meeting factory decision‑makers, demonstrating the software, and closing subscription contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to manufacturing facilities across industrial zones.
• Identify and engage key decision‑makers such as owners, general managers and finance heads.
• Present high‑impact product demos that illustrate how the SaaS ERP optimises production, inventory and financial workflows.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through deal closing and client onboarding.
• Achieve and exceed monthly subscription targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships to secure renewals and referrals.
• Provide market feedback to inform product and sales strategy.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of proven outdoor/field B2B sales experience.
• Experience targeting industrial or manufacturing sectors, preferably selling business software (ERP, accounting, POS).
• Professional appearance, high energy and readiness for daily field visits.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening and negotiation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Commerce or a related field.
