Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

JeelTech is seeking a motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to expand its network of partner schools. You will be the face of our innovative EdTech platform, meeting school decision‑makers in person, presenting our curriculum, and closing partnership agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach private and international schools.
• Schedule and conduct in‑person meetings with school owners, principals, and administrators.
• Present JeelTech’s educational system professionally and answer technical questions.
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with partner schools.
• Provide market feedback and insights to the management team.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in outdoor or field sales (education sector a plus).
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
