Paralegal – Legal Support

About the role

The Legal Department is looking for a proactive Paralegal to support day‑to‑day legal, corporate and administrative tasks. You will work closely with Legal Counsel to ensure accurate documentation, timely contract processing and smooth coordination with governmental bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organise both physical and electronic legal archives, ensuring contracts, corporate documents, powers of attorney, court filings and correspondence are properly filed and tracked.
• Assist in drafting, formatting and reviewing basic legal documents under supervision, and follow up on signatures and approvals with internal teams and external parties.
• Prepare and collect documents required for board meetings, general assemblies, commercial registrations, tax cards and other corporate filings; liaise with notaries and government authorities.
• Update the litigation tracker and support the legal team in monitoring case progress.
• Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, scanning documents and handling courier services.
• Handle all legal information with strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with internal policies and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 0–3 years of experience in a legal or paralegal role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in managing physical and electronic document archives.
• Familiarity with basic contract preparation and review processes.
• Understanding of corporate filing requirements and governmental procedures.
