Parking Driver – Guest Arrival Expert

About the role

As a Parking Driver, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing at our hotel. You will ensure a smooth, safe, and welcoming parking experience while representing the brand’s commitment to exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and assist with vehicle parking and retrieval.
• Manage the parking area, ensuring orderly flow and compliance with safety standards.
• Handle guest luggage when required and provide directions to hotel facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and complete daily reports.
• Follow all company policies, protect assets, and uphold confidentiality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
