About the role
We are seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Partner Success Executive to act as the primary liaison for a leading global automotive brand. Based in Cairo, you will support the brand’s regional headquarters and its distributor network across the MEA region, ensuring seamless communication and high‑quality service in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for the client and its partners, including creative and media agencies.
- Lead structured weekly client meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and ensure follow‑through.
- Handle inbound requests promptly, adhering to SLAs and maintaining high satisfaction.
- Manage routine business communications, status reports, and follow‑ups.
- Log, track, and prioritize client requests via the support portal with accurate records.
- Translate requests into clear briefs and coordinate cross‑functional delivery.
- Conduct QA reviews on deliverables before client sharing.
- Coordinate delivery of new web and mobile application projects with internal squads.
- Anticipate and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
- Keep internal stakeholders aligned on account status, priorities, and risks.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, project coordination, or partner success, preferably in a digital, technology, or agency setting.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven track record managing demanding clients.
- Strong organizational abilities and a sense of ownership.
- Comfortable coordinating across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Sound commercial judgment and appropriate escalation instincts.
