Partners Success Supervisor – Mid-Senior

About the role

Classera is seeking a Partners Success Supervisor to manage partner relationships and drive successful adoption of its Learning Management System across educational institutions in the Central Region. Based in Cairo, the role works onsite and involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure high service quality and partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support partner accounts within the education sector, ensuring alignment with Classera’s objectives.
• Oversee onboarding, adoption, and continuous usage of the Classera LMS for partner institutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and educational institutions, addressing their needs promptly.
• Follow up on partner issues and requests, coordinating timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality and partner satisfaction.
• Deliver training, enablement, and awareness sessions for partners when required.

Required profile

• Based in Cairo.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e‑learning, LMS, EdTech, partner success or customer success.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Previous client‑facing experience within the education sector (preferred).
• Excellent follow‑up, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work onsite and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Classera LMS (a plus).
