About the role
The Partnership Specialist will drive the creation and management of strategic alliances with healthcare providers, corporations, insurers, pharmacies, influencers and other external organisations. This role supports business growth, patient acquisition and enhances the company’s market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential partners across the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, insurance providers and corporate accounts.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and collaboration terms.
- Coordinate partnership campaigns, activations and events.
- Generate new business opportunities and referral channels.
- Monitor partnership performance and ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns smoothly.
- Prepare partnership proposals, presentations and reports.
- Track competitors and market trends to uncover new opportunities.
- Ensure all partnerships comply with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development or account management.
- Experience in healthcare, clinics, wellness or medical environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
