Partnerships Lead – Restaurant Acquisition (Cairo, Remote)

About the role

Conari is looking for a senior Partnerships Lead to own restaurant acquisition and guide a team of Dubai‑based interns. Based in Cairo, you will shape the growth strategy, drive the end‑to‑end partnership pipeline and directly close high‑value deals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full restaurant partnership pipeline: sourcing, outreach, pitching, negotiation and onboarding.
• Coach, set targets for and review the performance of Dubai‑based interns handling outreach and account management.
• Develop and continuously improve outreach scripts, pitch decks and objection‑handling playbooks.
• Track pipeline health in ClickUp/HubSpot and report progress against acquisition targets.
• Lead conversations with larger or strategic restaurant groups and work closely with the founder on deal structure and expansion planning.
• Help professionalise the partnerships function as the company scales beyond the founding‑partner phase.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales or account management, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail or a marketplace/platform.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring a small team (interns, junior reps, or a pod).
• Strong communicator in English and Arabic, comfortable pitching directly to restaurant owners and operators.
• Highly organised, process‑driven and comfortable running a pipeline in a CRM or project‑management tool.
• Self‑starter able to work independently from Cairo while coordinating a team in Dubai.
