Part‑time Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

RecruitiX is seeking a part‑time, remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of positions across regions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to define role requirements and build targeted talent pipelines.
• Maintain an organized candidate database and ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
• Support employer branding initiatives by creating engaging job postings and promoting opportunities on digital channels.
• Track recruitment metrics, use digital tools and platforms to optimize hiring, and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, evaluating candidates, managing offers, and coordinating onboarding.
• Skilled in structured and competency‑based interviewing with the ability to assess both skills and cultural fit.
• Experience in employer branding, crafting job posts, and representing the organization professionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple requisitions remotely.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and candidates.
• Prior experience in HR consulting, professional services, or regional/global recruitment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
