About the role
The Patient Family Educator will assess educational needs of patients and their families, delivering tailored education on disease management, medication use, healthy lifestyles and self‑care skills. Working within Cleopatra Hospitals Group in Mohandessin, the role supports patients throughout their care journey.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group education sessions for patients and families.
- Develop, maintain and evaluate patient education materials and programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of education.
- Prepare daily and monthly education reports.
- Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives related to patient education.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- 2–3 years experience as a Clinical Instructor or similar role.
- Strong communication, presentation and patient‑counselling abilities.
- Master’s degree in nursing is preferred.
