Payable & Inventory Accountant (F&B)

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Payable & Inventory Accountant to join our fast‑growing fresh‑fruit brand. You will ensure accurate processing of payable transactions and maintain reliable inventory records, supporting our financial integrity across Egypt, the UAE, and Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify accounts payable transactions accurately and promptly.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory records to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare supporting documentation for financial reports and audits.
• Implement internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Assist in compliance with tax laws and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Prior experience with accounts payable, inventory control, or financial reporting is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Odoo accounting software.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
