About the role
The Payroll Acquisition Officer role focuses on expanding product penetration within payroll client portfolios. Depending on experience, candidates may join as a Senior Officer, Officer, or Junior Officer, supporting cross‑selling initiatives and client onboarding in a banking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities within payroll client portfolios and support bundled product promotions.
- Prepare cross‑sell proposals, track sales activities and maintain pipeline visibility.
- Engage payroll clients to understand their financial needs, position relevant banking products and coordinate follow‑ups.
- Facilitate product onboarding documentation, communicate updates and ensure accurate processing.
- Liaise with internal departments to process applications efficiently, monitor onboarding milestones and maintain accurate sales records.
- Adhere to bank policies and compliance requirements throughout the sales process.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
- Senior Officer: 3‑6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with payroll and operations exposure.
- Officer: 1‑3 years of sales or operations experience, preferably in banking.
- Junior Officer: 0‑1 year of relevant experience, preferably in banking.
- Professional certification in sales or relationship management is a plus.
