Payroll Acquisition Officer (Senior/Officer/Junior)

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our payroll acquisition team as Senior Officer, Officer or Junior Officer. The role focuses on identifying cross‑selling opportunities within our payroll client portfolio, building strong client relationships and supporting the onboarding of banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue cross‑selling opportunities to increase product penetration among payroll clients.
• Prepare and present cross‑sell proposals in collaboration with managers.
• Track sales activities and maintain visibility of the pipeline.
• Engage clients to understand their financial needs and position relevant banking solutions.
• Coordinate follow‑ups after meetings to drive timely closures.
• Facilitate product onboarding documentation and communicate updates to clients.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient processing of applications.
• Monitor onboarding milestones and maintain accurate sales records.
• Adhere to bank policies and compliance requirements throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• Senior Officer: 3‑6 years of relevant sales experience; experience in branches, payroll or operations is a plus.
• Officer: 1‑3 years of sales or operations experience, preferably in banking.
• Junior Officer: 0‑1 year of relevant experience, preferably in banking.
• Professional certification in sales or relationship management is desirable.
