People & Culture Coordinator

About the role

The People & Culture Coordinator supports Accor’s management team by handling recruitment, employee relations and HR administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth onboarding, compliance with legal requirements and a confidential handling of personnel information.

Key responsibilities

• Screen CVs, conduct interviews and select candidates using Accor’s recruitment tools.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries about HR policies, programs and guidelines.
• Inform HR management of employee‑relations issues and post required legal notices.
• Monitor hiring processes for compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Assist with internal and external transfer requests and coordinate reference, background and social‑insurance checks.
• Communicate job‑offer documentation and guide new hires through first‑day verification.
• Create and maintain new‑hire files in PeopleSoft and support orientation activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of employee records and ensure accurate filing of interview documents, reference checks and orientation checklists.
• Prepare office correspondence, manage filing systems and handle discreet workplace discussions.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment and HR administrative support.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude in assisting managers and resolving HR issues.
