People & Culture Director (Pharma)

About the role

EVA Pharma is expanding rapidly across the Middle East and Africa and seeks a visionary People & Culture Director to lead the people agenda for its Medicines division. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role combines strategic partnership with senior leadership and hands‑on execution of culture, talent and workforce initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the People & Culture strategy for EVA Medicines, aligned with corporate objectives.
• Advise the executive team on organizational design, workforce planning and people‑driven transformation.
• Oversee end‑to‑end talent management, including acquisition, performance, succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
• Champion learning and development programs that build critical capabilities.
• Design and drive culture, engagement and retention initiatives using analytics and KPIs.
• Ensure HR governance, policy compliance and consistent application of people frameworks.
• Lead, develop and inspire the People & Culture team supporting EVA Medicines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR/People & Culture leadership experience, including senior business partnering roles.
• Proven expertise in organizational development, talent management and change leadership.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or FMCG sectors is a strong advantage.
