People & Culture Specialist

About the role

WiiGroup is looking for a proactive People & Culture Specialist to join its Cairo office. You will be the central point of contact for employees across the MENA region, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job advertising, sourcing, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and performance/talent management processes.
• Support employee relations initiatives and address employee inquiries.
• Plan and execute company‑wide events and employer‑branding activities.
• Contribute to People & Culture strategy planning and continuous improvement of HR practices.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or Talent acquisition.
• Hands‑on experience with full recruitment cycles and onboarding.
• Familiarity with employee relations, HR documentation, and performance management.
• Strong organisational and event‑coordination skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a collaborative mindset.
