People Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to provide end-to-end HR support for ADES Production Services. Based in Egypt, you will serve multiple countries, ensuring the workforce is recruited, onboarded, managed and documented in line with business needs and P&O governance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies, from sourcing to offers and pre-employment checks.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, contract changes and off-boarding while maintaining accurate employee records and HR-system data.
• Support mobilization, rotations, assignments and workforce planning through trackers and cross-functional follow-up.
• Respond to employee and manager queries, apply policies, and handle employee-relations documentation and case tracking.
• Coordinate performance reviews, training, competency matrices, engagement initiatives and other people programs.
• Validate monthly employee inputs, prepare dashboards and continuously improve workflows, templates and service levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in People Operations, HR generalist, recruitment or employee-lifecycle administration.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment, HR documentation, employee data and stakeholder coordination.
• Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law; multi-country or project-based exposure is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
