People Relations Lead

About the role

The People Relations Lead will head all on‑site People Operations and workforce administration at the Sokhna Plant. Acting as the primary People representative, you will ensure a seamless employee experience, efficient administration, and effective management of the subcontracted workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce health, safety, quality and environmental standards on the plant.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and plant management on People‑related matters.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits and related administration.
• Maintain accurate subcontractor records and lead performance management of the outsourced manpower provider.
• Ensure adequate subcontracted workforce availability to meet operational needs.
• Coordinate workforce mobilisation, demobilisation, replacements and deployment across all plant functions.
• Review and approve subcontractor workforce plans, monitor utilisation, attendance, overtime and labour costs.
• Analyse workforce trends, produce KPIs, dashboards and management reports.
• Validate subcontractor attendance, timesheets and supporting documentation.
• Lead and develop the Workforce Planner and Workforce Analyst team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in an industrial or construction environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontracted workforce and vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Analytical mindset with experience monitoring workforce metrics and implementing efficiency initiatives.
• Leadership skills to guide and develop a small HR team.
