Performance Analyst Intern

About the role

The Performance Analyst Intern will support the Business Performance Manager by gathering, analysing, and visualising performance data across multiple product lines. This role offers hands‑on experience with business intelligence tools and the chance to influence operational efficiency through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collect performance‑related data from internal systems and ensure data quality.
• Analyse metrics, identify trends, and produce actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain real‑time performance dashboards for stakeholders.
• Present findings and insights to the Business Performance Manager and cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with various departments to align performance initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for presenting data‑driven insights.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for database queries.
• Familiarity with BI/dashboard creation tools.
• Understanding of workflow automation concepts.
