Personal Assistant – Project Management Support

About the role
The Personal Assistant will support project management operations for PDS Projects, providing comprehensive administrative and coordination functions to ensure smooth communication, accurate documentation, and data‑driven decision making for senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Document project communications by preparing meeting minutes.
- Coordinate project schedules and generate Critical Performance Indicator (CPI) reports.
- Maintain letter logs and monitor correspondence systems.
- Provide analytical support for management reporting requirements.
- Ensure effective flow of project communication and accurate documentation.
- Assist senior management with report preparation and administrative oversight.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in assistant or administrative support roles.
- Experience working with senior management (preferred).
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
- Confidentiality, professional appearance, and strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility with working hours and strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Knowledge of electronic document management systems.
