Personal Development Coach for Young Adult

About the role

A Confidential Family Office is seeking a dedicated Personal Development Coach to work one‑to‑one with a young adult family member. The role blends mentorship, coaching, and organisational support in a highly professional, discreet environment, with frequent international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily structured coaching, mentoring and personal‑development guidance.
• Assist the young adult in building confidence, independence, emotional intelligence, discipline and executive‑functioning skills.
• Plan and organise daily routines, personal goals, schedules, travel, learning activities and lifestyle structure.
• Promote healthy habits, time‑management, organisation, accountability and positive decision‑making.
• Act as a trusted companion, role model and mentor in day‑to‑day activities.
• Coordinate with family members, tutors, therapists, household staff and external service providers as needed.
• Accompany the young adult on international trips, providing consistent support throughout.
• Monitor progress and deliver thoughtful feedback to the family.

Required profile

• Mature, emotionally intelligent, patient, discreet and highly reliable.
• Strong ability to balance warmth and empathy with structure and professional boundaries.
• Willingness to relocate to Cairo and travel frequently.
