Personnel Specialist – HR Documentation & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a Personnel Specialist to manage employee records and ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and Egyptian labor law. You will act as a key liaison between HR and other departments, guaranteeing smooth flow of personnel information.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records accurately.
• Ensure all employee documents are complete and compliant with company policies and labor law requirements.
• Enter and regularly update employee data in the HR system.
• Organize and maintain the HR filing and archiving system.
• Follow up on missing or incomplete employee documents and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Communicate with employees regarding required HR documentation and updates.
• Support HR compliance and internal procedures, including Social Insurance Law implementation.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Personnel Specialist or in a similar HR documentation role.
• HR Diploma preferred.
• Good command of English preferred.
