About the role

We are looking for a Personnel Specialist to manage end‑to‑end HR operations for our Alexandria office. The role ensures compliance with Egyptian labour regulations while supporting the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

Register, update and submit social insurance data through government portals.
Maintain and update employee files in line with Egyptian Labour Law.
Process attendance, leave and payroll‑related personnel data.
Coordinate with the Labour Office and Social Insurance Authority for audits and inspections.
Support onboarding and off‑boarding activities.
Keep personnel records accurate and current in the HR database.

Required profile

BSc degree in a related field (males only).
3‑5 years of personnel experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
Resident of Alexandria.
Professional HR diploma or certification is a plus.

Required skills

Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labour Law and Social Insurance regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
