Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy

About the role

Bloom Pharmacy, Egypt’s premium pharmacy and cosmetics retailer, is seeking licensed pharmacists to join its Uptown Cairo "Compound" location. The role combines accurate prescription dispensing with customer‑focused retail service in a dynamic, beauty‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate prescription dispensing in line with MoHP regulations and Bloom SOPs.
• Provide patient counseling and retail customer service following the Bloom Way.
• Advise customers on over‑the‑counter medicines, dermocosmetics and skincare, and ethically cross‑sell where appropriate.
• Operate POS/pharmacy systems for transactions, basic reporting and inventory coordination.
• Collaborate closely with the store team to maintain a smooth retail environment.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist with knowledge of Egyptian Ministry of Health & Population (MoHP) regulations.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced retail setting.

Required skills

• POS/pharmacy systems operation.
