About the role
We are looking for a Pharmacy Claims Supervisor to lead our pharmacy claims operations in Heliopolis, Cairo. The role involves overseeing claim processing, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily pharmacy claims operations and ensure timely processing.
- Review complex claims and support adjudication decisions.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
- Analyze claims trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and healthcare providers to resolve operational issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Experience in health insurance, TPA, or pharmacy claims, preferably with El Ezaby Pharmacy.
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage workload efficiently while maintaining quality.
Required skills
- In-depth knowledge of pharmacy claims processing and reimbursement cycles.
