About the role
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our Midland City, AL location. This full‑time, on‑site position will ensure the pharmacy operates smoothly, delivers accurate prescriptions, and provides exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians in daily tasks.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- Ensure all prescriptions are filled accurately and timely.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement best pharmacy practices.
- Provide immunization services and medication counseling to customers.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels.
Required profile
- Active pharmacist license in good standing in Alabama.
- Proven experience supervising pharmacy technicians.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑focused environment.
- Previous managerial experience in a pharmacy setting is an advantage.
