Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo) – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo) to join our luxury hospitality team. You will be responsible for creating high‑quality pizzas that meet our exacting standards while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes.
• Make dough, sauces, and toppings from scratch, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and overall kitchen.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Contribute creative ideas for menu development and seasonal specials.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Pizza Chef.
• Experience in hotels, resorts, or high‑volume restaurants is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
