PMIS Business Analyst – Manager

About the role

PwC is looking for a PMIS Business Analyst at manager level to support large‑scale capital projects and infrastructure programmes. You will design, configure and integrate enterprise Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to enable effective cost, schedule, risk and contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and process reviews.
• Translate needs into functional and non‑functional system specifications and maintain BRDs, SRS, user stories and process maps.
• Configure PMIS platforms such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6, Aconex and CostOS, designing workflows, cost templates and approval structures.
• Coordinate integrations between PMIS and ERP, scheduling and document‑management systems, supporting data migration and quality assurance.
• Develop test scenarios, lead UAT, manage defect tracking and support go‑live activities.
• Create dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI or native PMIS tools for executive and operational reporting.
• Act as liaison between business users, IT teams and external vendors, facilitating workshops and governance meetings.
• Drive change management, user onboarding, training and continuous improvement of the PMIS environment.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in business analysis or project controls within large infrastructure or capital‑project environments.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
