PMIS Business Analyst - Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is looking for a PMIS Business Analyst (Senior Associate) to support large-scale capital projects and infrastructure programs in designing and implementing enterprise Project Management Information Systems. The role aligns project controls, PMO governance and digital platforms (such as Primavera Unifier, P6 and ERP integrations) so that cost, schedule, risk and contract management work well across complex portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and process reviews, and turn them into functional and non-functional system requirements
• Develop BRDs, SRS, user stories, process maps and solution design documents, and perform gap analysis
• Support or lead configuration of PMIS platforms (Primavera Unifier, P6, Aconex, CostOS), design workflows, cost templates and approval structures, and define data structures and governance
• Coordinate integrations with ERP, scheduling and document management systems, and support data migration, validation and quality assurance
• Develop test scenarios, support UAT, manage defects and support go-live and stabilization
• Build dashboards and KPIs (e.g. Power BI) and support executive and operational reporting
• Act as liaison between business users, IT teams and vendors, run workshops and advise on PMIS best practices
• Support change management, train users and identify improvements and digital transformation opportunities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, Business or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in PMIS, project controls or capital project digital transformation
• Experience with Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6 or equivalent PMIS platforms
• Experience with ERP integrations and enterprise reporting environments
• Relevant certifications (PMP, CBAP, Primavera, Agile, ITIL) are advantageous
