PMO Analyst – Project Management Office

About the role

We are looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join Vodafone UK’s Digital & IT Delivery team. The role will support the planning, governance and performance tracking of a diverse portfolio of transformation projects, working closely with technology delivery teams and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Value & Execution Leads and PMO Leads to plan, execute and monitor projects.
• Maintain and track project plans, timelines, milestones and dependencies across portfolios.
• Monitor real‑time project status and provide accurate reporting of risks, issues and progress.
• Facilitate regular reporting cycles for senior stakeholders.
• Support governance by ensuring adherence to PMO frameworks, methodologies and standards.
• Contribute to financial tracking and alignment with reporting requirements.
• Enable adoption of hybrid delivery approaches aligned with SAFe principles.
• Work with Capacity Management to optimise resource allocation.
• Identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Deliver training sessions on PMO tools, processes and transformation initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement of PMO practices within the Centre of Excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a PMO or project analyst role within a varied portfolio environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across organisational levels.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and proactive.
