Policy Management Officer

About the role

Join a trusted insurance brokerage in Egypt as a Policy Management Officer. You will be responsible for handling the end‑to‑end issuance of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to clients and the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process new insurance policy issuance requests.
• Review customer information and coverage details for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter and update policy data in the company’s system.
• Issue insurance policies and share them with clients or the sales team.
• Process amendments, endorsements, and additions to existing policies.
• Follow up on policy renewals, cancellations, and modifications.
• Ensure all policies comply with company guidelines, regulatory requirements, and legal standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations, policy administration, policy issuance, underwriting support, or a similar role.
• Experience within an insurance company or brokerage.
• Good understanding of insurance policies and policy administration processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to work with insurance management systems and databases.
