POS Management Specialist – Warehousing & Inventory

About the role

The POS Management Specialist is responsible for the full lifecycle of Octane’s point‑of‑sale hardware, from intake and warehousing to deployment, repair and decommissioning across more than 2,400 stations. This role blends inventory discipline with operational coordination to ensure field teams always have functional equipment ready.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end POS device lifecycle: procurement, warehousing, dispatch, deployment, retrieval, repair/RMA and decommissioning.
• Maintain accurate, serial‑number level inventory and asset‑tracking records.
• Forecast demand, set reorder points and control stock levels to avoid stock‑outs or overstock.
• Execute warehouse best practices: receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, labeling and cycle counts.
• Coordinate device deployments and swaps with field teams and track status per station.
• Oversee repair and replacement cycles with vendors, handling faulty‑device returns and turnaround times.
• Reconcile physical inventory with system records, investigate variances and produce regular reports for operations leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control or asset management.
• Strong attention to detail and proven record‑keeping discipline.
• Ability to coordinate across field, vendor and operations stakeholders.
• Fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
