Power Platform Developer Manager

About the role

PwC is looking for a seasoned Power Platform Developer Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative Power Platform solutions. You will work within the software and product innovation team to drive digital transformation for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven).
• Automate workflows and processes with Power Automate.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and optimise existing Power Platform applications and workflows.
• Provide training and support to end‑users.
• Stay updated on new Power Platform features and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and RPA.
• Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (PL‑600) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data modelling, database concepts, Azure services and other Microsoft technologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, C# and Python is advantageous.
