Power Platform Senior Associate – Manager

About the role

PwC is looking for a senior Power Platform Associate to lead the design, development and deployment of innovative business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, user‑friendly applications that drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven).
• Automate workflows and processes with Power Automate and RPA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain, optimise and enhance existing Power Platform applications and workflows.
• Provide training and support to end‑users and stay current with platform updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and RPA.
• Excellent English communication skills and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with data modelling and database concepts is a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, RPA).
• Azure services and other Microsoft technologies.
• Programming languages: JavaScript, C#, Python.
• Knowledge of OOP, design patterns, clean coding, SQL and APIs.
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (preferred).
