Pre-Sales & Client Success Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Pre‑Sales & Client Success Consultant to own the end‑to‑end client experience for a global software development leader. You will guide Gulf‑based prospects from the first demo through post‑sale satisfaction, shaping processes and communication standards as the first hire in this function.

Key responsibilities

• Run remote and occasional on‑site product demos for Gulf prospects.
• Lead discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and prepare customized demo environments.
• Support sales leads in deal progression without being the sole closer.
• Act as primary post‑demo and post‑sale contact, conducting regular check‑ins, handling feedback and escalations.
• Travel to Gulf client sites for strategic meetings or onboarding when needed.
• Translate client feedback into structured briefs for BA/PM teams.
• Coordinate timelines and expectations with product and tech teams.
• Document client interactions and contribute to demo playbooks and communication templates.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
• 3–5 years in a client‑facing role such as pre‑sales, account management, or customer success.
• Experience working with Gulf‑based clients and familiarity with SaaS concepts.
• Degree or background in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields.
• Ability to work independently and build processes from scratch.
