Premium Relationship Officer

About the role

The Premium Relationship Officer is responsible for delivering top‑tier service to both new and existing premium clients, offering a full suite of financial products tailored to their needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong client ownership while driving profitability through proactive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to premium clients, matching them with appropriate financial products and services.
• Conduct proactive sales calls and visits to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
• Develop action plans to expand the client base and achieve new‑to‑bank and cross‑sell targets.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including asset, deposit, and product penetration ratios.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client files to ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations.
• Gather client feedback, propose innovative product ideas, and coordinate with the Premium Program Manager.
• Participate in program sponsorships, events, and initiatives to promote the premium brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• 2‑5 years of experience in banking relationship management and retail product sales.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and time‑management abilities.
• Strong networking and selling capabilities.
