Print & Digital Graphic Designer (Remote, Sydney Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Print & Digital Graphic Designer to act as the creative production engine behind our retail marketing campaigns. Working remotely while aligning with Sydney business hours, you will translate briefs into polished, brand‑consistent assets ready for print, digital launch, or internal use.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce print collateral such as brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, signage, POS materials and large‑format graphics, ensuring press‑ready specifications and brand compliance.
• Create digital assets including website graphics, landing‑page visuals, hero banners, email marketing images, and advertising creatives for platforms like Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
• Develop social‑media graphics, app icons, and other campaign assets, optimizing them for various screen sizes.
• Produce professional corporate presentations and internal marketing materials while supporting the broader marketing team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain templates and workflows, and continuously improve production efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing for both print and digital media.
• Strong ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and communicate clearly in English.
• Attention to detail and a solid understanding of brand guidelines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma.
• Experience preparing press‑ready artwork and understanding print production processes.
• Ability to create digital advertising, social‑media and email marketing graphics.
