Process Engineer – Manufacturing (Cairo & 6th Oct Plant)

About the role

Join Procter & Gamble’s manufacturing team in Egypt as a Process Engineer. You will work on cutting‑edge improvements to our production lines, applying smart technologies to boost safety, productivity and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evaluate technical options to meet business objectives.
• Conduct feasibility studies using high‑end computer modeling and simulation.
• Lead economic evaluations and collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D and other functions.
• Design, develop and procure new processing equipment.
• Plan and execute acceptance tests for vendor‑supplied equipment.
• Commission new equipment in production plants and train operators.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues in collaboration with production staff.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (0‑5 years experience) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
• Open to candidates from Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics (Statistics & Data Analysis).
• Good command of English.
