Process Engineer – Manufacturing Efficiency

About the role

Groupe Atlantic is seeking a Process Engineer to ensure smooth operation of production processes and drive manufacturing efficiency for its heating element and thermostat lines. You will be involved from process design through start‑up and certification, supporting both new and existing products.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs such as scrap rate, defect rate, and OEE.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, P‑FMEA, and SOPs.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues and breakdowns.
• Lead manufacturing process development for new and existing products.
• Perform MSA and Gauge R&R studies to ensure measurement reliability.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and related process development.
• Apply SPC and other control tools to maintain process quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3–4 years of experience in process engineering within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with Minitab and Power BI for data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
