Process Improvement Lead

About the role

The Process Improvement Lead will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, standardized documentation that supports automation and quality initiatives. This role ensures that processes are well‑defined, consistently applied, and aligned with the organization’s Quality Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to capture business requirements and operational workflows.
• Produce documentation such as process maps, flowcharts, descriptions, and forms to enable automation.
• Collect and analyse data from multiple sources as directed.
• Interview process owners to map current processes, standardise inputs/outputs, and achieve consensus.
• Maintain organized filing of all documentation, adhering to templates, quality standards, and control procedures.
• Identify improvement opportunities and design future‑state processes in line with QMS standards and internal policies.
• Provide guidance on QMS topics to promote quality awareness across teams.
• Monitor document and record control to ensure proper filing and archiving at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality and process management.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience creating diagrams and flowcharts using Microsoft Visio.
