Procurement Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Procurement Engineer to support our internal teams by managing purchasing activities, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of high‑quality goods and services. The role bridges technical requirements with cost‑effective sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture purchasing needs and specifications.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential suppliers; negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Monitor vendor performance against quality, delivery, and contractual standards.
• Create and manage accurate purchase orders in compliance with company policies.
• Assess market trends to uncover cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Mitigate supply‑chain risks through proactive strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive records of purchases, contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Work closely with finance, logistics, and project teams to streamline processes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of procurement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering.
• Essential knowledge of plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
